Hospitality has a name

This is an eco-friendly guesthouse, which has established some rules to be followed by its guests for staying comfortable, being friendly with the other guest, and caring for the environment:

  1. The time of check-in at the guesthouse is from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
  2. The time of check-out is from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
  3. Breakfast is served from 7:30 AM  to 10:00 AM in the fireplace room.
  4. When you arrive at the guesthouse you will be handed the key to the room, which shall be returned before leaving the guest house.
  5. Smoking is prohibited inside the guesthouse.
  6. Inside the guest house, Wi-Fi internet is provided, free of charge.
  7. A safe is provided in each room of the guesthouse.
  8. Keep your room and hotel clean.
  9. Strictly follow the rules of fire safety, preventing the occurrence of fires.
  10. Leaving the room, do not forget to close the water intakes, windows, turn off the lights and other electrical appliances.
  11. It is forbidden to leave unauthorized persons in the room in their absence, as well as to give the keys of the room to outsiders.
  12. When children from 0 to 6 years old are accommodated using existing beds, they are provided free of charge. Extra beds are charged according to guesthouse fees.
  13. If you damage any items in the guesthouse, the value of the damage shall be compensated.
  14. Please do not make loud noises from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  15. Before checking out of the guesthouse, be sure you have not forgotten any of your belongings.
  16. If guests wish to bring visitors to their room, they must be registered at the reception and can stay until 8:00 PM. If the visitors plan to stay overnight, they will be charged according to the guesthouse fees.
  17. The room given to the guest is clean. Rooms are cleaned every day. The guest is provided with clean sheets and towels. The bed sheets are changed every three days for a long time staying guests.
  18. The guesthouse may refuse to accept customers or to provide furthermore accommodation for the customers, who in the last stay violated the guesthouse rules or does not follow the rules established by the guest house;
